I am very passionate about touch and particularly No Hands Massage. This means I "walk the talk" of Massage therapy and get regular monthly treatments myself!
I have a long interest in all natural approaches to health and self healing.
MY PHILOSOPHY:
I believe that regular Massage is absolutely essential for a healthy, happy and successful life. That is why I make sure I get my own regular treatments every month. I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists and have spent a lifetime involved in sport at many levels both as a player and coach.
I have played Rugby, Tennis and Squash for both the Army and clubs in the Southampton area. As a keen runner I have competed in The London Marathon and regularly in The BUPA Great South Run series raising money for Cancer Research.
For the past 7 years I have worked alongside the Physiotherapist at Tottonians RFC providing Sports Massage for both mens and ladies teams.
I am married to Leona , a now retired P.E. teacher, after 40years. My son plays county rugby and my daughter is in her 3rd year at University training to be a P.E. teacher.
