WHY MASSAGE?
I have wanted to work with the human body since I was a child, but my only option on leaving school was to enter the medical world which somehow felt wrong. As Massage in those days "wasn't for people like me”, I chose a successful career in the world of IT and Marketing instead.

Then some inspirational practitioners changed my world, and off I went to college to re-train for a new career........

Firstly Beauty Therapy; to help me make the transition from corporate employee into therapist where I also learnt to massage the delicate and intricate areas of the face, hands and feet. This was followed by qualifications in Swedish Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology and Indian Head Massage. 

Finally, NO HANDS Massage. Eureka! This was the treatment that I should have been offering to my clients all along.

Nothing in my opinion, equals the touch of a NO HANDS Massage.

I have been working since 2001 from my dedicated treatment room based in Warfield, Bracknell which I share with Carl Lister, my partner in life and work.

MY QUALIFICATIONS:
I am fully qualified and insured to offer the public professional Massage treatment.

MY INTERESTS:
I am very passionate about touch and particularly NO HANDS Massage. This means I "walk the talk" of Massage therapy and get regular monthly treatments myself!

I have a long interest in all natural approaches to health and self healing.

MY PHILOSOPHY:
I believe that regular Massage is absolutely essential for a healthy, happy and successful life. That is why I make sure I get my own regular treatments every month.
